Lisa Klemetsch
R.N.C., C.R., C.P.T.
Lisa is the first certified teacher of the Pilates Method in Waterloo Region. She has worked extensively with individuals whose physical capabilities range from athletic to debilitating conditions; such as MS, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, cervical strain, back pain, and overuse injuries.
Lisa, herself, has worked hard to overcome serious trauma from a car accident and beat all odds.
Lisa's extensive background in paramedics, sports and rehabilitation, combined with her studies in nutrition, psychology, reflexology and other hands-on body work facilitates a whole-body approach to wellness.

Josh Leyes,

Certified Personal Trainer,
C.H.E.K. Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach (Level 1)
Since graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999 with a degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education, Josh has been applying his knowledge in the health and fitness field as a personal trainer. Josh finds it extremely rewarding to help others achieve a healthier, more balanced lifestyle and improved state of wellness.

Anthony Maggiacomo
B.A.(Kin), Certified Kinesiologist
Anthony graduated in 2005 from Wilfrid Laurier University with Honours and is now a certified Kinesiologist. During his time at Lauier he was part of the Golden Hawk Vanier Cup winning football team in 2005. As captain, he went on to win the OUA standup defensive player of the year in 2007. Anthony then went on to play for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers during their 2008 season.

Glenda Rahn, Certified Personal Trainer
Glenda has been a certified Personal trainer since 2004 and a certified Fitness Instructor since 1998. She is also a member of Canadian Fitness Professionals Association, and an avid exerciser. She is certified by the Ontario Fitness Council in Pilates and as an Indoor Cycling Instructor from the University of Guelph. During her fitness career, she has helped hundreds of clients accomplish their health and fitness goals, shed pounds of excess (and unwanted) body fat, gain quality muscle mass, and improve their athletic performance.

Brenda Weston
B.Sc.C.K., C.S.E.P. C.E.P., A.C.S.M. Advanced Personal Trainer
Brenda is a Kinesiology graduate from the University of Waterloo and is Certified Kinesiologist with the Ontario Kinesiology Association.
She is also certified as an Advanced Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Since 1997, Brenda has been personal training recreational health and fitness clients, patients with various orthopaedic and cardiovascular conditions, to the elite athlete.

Zach Weston,
M.BA., M.Sc.CK, A.C.S.M. R.C.E.P., C.S.E.P. C.E.P.
Zach earned a degree in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Waterloo. He is certified with both the American College of Sports Medicine and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and is an acting Director for the Ontario Kinesiology Association. Zach's area of interest includes cardiovascular and metabolic testing and training for health, fitness, performance and rehabilitation. His clientele range from chronic medical condition management including cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes, obesity/weight management, metabolic syndrome, and cancer to weekend warriors and elite athletes.

Heather Zschocke

Kinesiologist
Heather is a graduate of the Kinesiology degree program from the University of Alberta and is a certified member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association.
Heather's background includes personal and group fitness training in many areas including such diversities as weight management, Pilates, Skating, and Police Fitness and recently started teaching some of the TRX suspension weight training classes at Iron Heart.
