To Activate your Account and access our online scheduling and patient management portal, please click or paste the following link into your browser to visit the appropriate sign-up page. Please click and enter information as an 'Existing Client'.
Please Note That as an existing patient, your email address will be used to search for your account. If your account is found, a validation email will be sent to that address with further instructions on how to activate your account.
If you are prompted that your account cannot be found, it may simply mean we have an incorrect or no email address on file for you within our scheduling software. If you encounter this problem or have other questions please contact us to allow us to update your profile or assist in any way we can.
